Standard Refund Policy for Courses

We offer a limited refund window to ensure you are confident in your Course selection. You are eligible for a full refund of the Course fee paid directly to Us, provided you meet the following criteria:

  • The refund request is initiated within 7 days from the date of Enrollment or before the official start date of the Course, whichever is earlier.
  • You have not accessed, downloaded, or consumed more than 10% of the Course content or materials.

Once the 7-day window has passed, or if you have exceeded the 10% content consumption threshold, we are unable to process any refunds.

Policies Regarding EMIs and Educational Loans

We understand that many students utilize financing options such as Equated Monthly Installments (EMIs) or third-party educational loans to fund their Enrolments. Special conditions apply to these payment methods.

Payments Made via Third-Party EMI Providers

If you have chosen to pay for your Course through a third-party EMI provider (e.g., credit card EMIs, consumer durable loans, or specific NBFC partnerships):

  • Refunds to the Provider: If you cancel within the eligible 7-day standard refund window, We will initiate the refund back to the original payment method (the EMI provider).
  • EMI Cancellation and Fees: It is Your responsibility to ensure the EMI provider cancels the loan. The EMI provider may charge cancellation fees, processing fees, or interest for the period the loan was active. Daffodils Infotech is not responsible for, nor will we reimburse, any fees or interest levied by your EMI provider or bank.
  • Post-Refund Window: If you wish to withdraw from the course after the 7-day refund window, no refund will be issued by Us. You remain fully responsible for paying the remainder of your EMIs directly to your financing provider.

Educational Loans Facilitated by Us or Independent Lenders

If your Enrollment is funded by an educational loan, either facilitated by one of our financing partners or procured independently by You:

  • Loan Disbursal is Final: Once a loan has been disbursed by the lender to Us, the Enrollment is considered final. Refunds are strictly governed by the standard 7-day policy outlined above.
  • Liability to Lender: If a refund is not applicable (e.g., requested after 7 days), You are legally obligated to repay the full loan amount to the lending institution according to your loan agreement. Daffodils Infotech cannot intervene in the repayment terms between You and your lender.
  • Course Access Termination: Failure to pay your EMIs or loan installments to your lender may result in the lender notifying Us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Course without refund if we are informed of a default on your financing agreement related to the Course.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Registration fees or admission processing fees (if explicitly stated as separate from the tuition fee).
  • Digital materials, e-books, or software licenses that have been downloaded or accessed.
  • Bootcamps, workshops, or fast-track courses that are completed within the 7-day refund window.
